High Shear Intensifier for IBC Blending

Extend blending range and improve blend uniformity

The intensifier is a high-shear cutter that can be integrated with the Matcon Blender to extend its mixing capability, enabling recipes to be blended and materials dispersed that would not combine through flow alone. This enables liquid fats to be incorporated and more cohesive powders to be processed in IBCs, and agglomerated lumps to be removed.

Simple to install, the intensifier is cleaned off-line on a wash trolley so as not to interrupt the fast changeover times of recipe batches.
