      Product Lifecycle Management

Our Product Lifecycle Management approach is intended to give our customers a clear understanding of equipment support throughout its working life. By identifying lifecycle stages early, we can help organisations plan maintenance activities, future upgrades, and long-term operational requirements.

The information below outlines the support available at each phase of the product lifecycle and provides guidance on ageing equipment, obsolescence, and future support considerations.

      Product Lifecycle Policy

Our lifecycle management policy is designed around industry best practices and provides a clear understanding of the support available for Matcon equipment throughout its service life. Equipment status is determined by factors such as length of time since an item was last manufactured, the availability of spare parts, and the level of service, technical support, and upgrade opportunities available.

We like to work closely with our customers to help them plan ahead and develop effective upgrade strategies when equipment approaches the end of its lifecycle. Supported by our global team of specialists, we can help ensure a smooth transition that protects productivity and supports future growth.

Contact us to discuss your requirements and explore how we can help maintain your manufacturing success.
