Small volume handling

 

Matcon offers a range of stainless steel pilot-scale IBCs for smaller batch and recipe development. These pilot IBCs handle volumes from 50–200L and are fitted with casters for easy, safe movement around the production or test area.

 

The manual Cone Valve is mounted at the outlet of the IBCs, delivering mass-flow discharge to protect the blend uniformity and prevent powder bridging or ratholing.
