Sack Tip Module

Efficient formulation of recipe batches

Ingredients are tipped directly into IBCs through a contained system, minimising the creation of dust compared to traditional filling methods. Recipes are formulated offline from the blending operation to reduce filling downtime.

The sack tip module can be supplied as a full unit comprising mezzanine, weigh scales, sifting and magnetic metal capture. Or as the simple sack tip table and sieve.

With an easy clean design, it enables fast changeovers.
