Air Wash Module

Eliminate moisture risk

The air wash module cleans the internal surface of the IBC with air not water.  This removes the risk of bacterial growth that can be associated with water cleaning for dairy & nutrition powders. It is also a faster cleaning method compared to water.

The wash lance is lowered inside the IBC upon which a high-pressure spray nozzle distributes air in a repeatable pattern on all the internal surfaces of the IBC, removing any traces of powder residue.

The stand frame includes a cone lifter for in situ cleaning of the Cone Valve.
