Automatic incorporation of liquids

The innovative, patent pending, Liquid Addition system further expands the range of tumble blending. During the mixing process, liquids can be injected directly into the powder batch without the need to stop & open the IBC.

During each rotation cycle liquid is pumped from a mounted holding tank into the IBC clamped on the blender.

Recipe changeovers are quicker than with traditional fixed mixer liquid addition models as the IBC is the blending vessel and is cleaned off-line.

Both High Volume and Low Volume models available.
