Automated formulation of recipe ingredients

Recipes with long ingredient lists benefit from automated batch preparation using a Flexibatch formulation street. This significantly reduces the time spent in weighing and tipping sacks.

Ingredient IBCs are placed on a framework, with batch containers travelling below collecting ingredients according to programmed recipes. The inclusion of micro & minor ingredients can easily be accommodated on the same line.

Configurations of the street are dependent upon target throughput rates, number of raw ingredients & recipe.

Transfers are fully contained enabling multiple recipes to be formulated from one street.
