Wet Wash Module

Reduce cleaning downtime

The wet wash module cleans the internal surface of the IBC, without the need to remove the Cone Valve in the IBC outlet.

The wash lance is lowered inside the IBC upon which a high-pressure spray nozzle distributes water in a controlled and repeatable pattern on all the internal surfaces of the IBC, removing any traces of powder residue.

The drainage frame includes a cone lifter for in situ cleaning of the Cone Valve.
