减少混合耗时

普通的混合往往是生产中的瓶颈所在。相连系统例如真空疏送或密封固定混合机占据一大块空间影响整条生产线。

IBC系统的特性就是混合阶段无需等待。IBC投料部分可离线完成,由于其密封性可以迅速从混合机装载或卸载。

一旦IBC卸载完成以后就可以处理另一只待命的IBC。批次间或配料更换时毋须清洗。

固定混合系统一般需要好几小时进行投料虽然花费若干小时将其排空并喂料到包装线,与IBC产生鲜明对比。
