Neil's passion for delivering safe, high-quality system designs to manufacturers in an efficient production environment has helped many top food manufacturers improve their practice and see great results. Neil holds an MBA from University of Liverpool and a Bachelor’s of Science in Food Technology from Manchester Metropolitan University.

is the Managing Director of Tekemas AB and a member of the board for Tekemas AS. He has more than 20 years of experience in the powder handling industry and holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Efficiency. With a proven track record in leading customers to achieve new product commercialisation and process scale-up, both small and large-scale, Peter has a wealth of experience when it comes to LEAN philosophy and its application to production design and cost-effectiveness.

His work with various production companies (within Scandinavia, Europe and South East Asia) has seen him become an expert in the field, and he is always looking for new ways to improve efficiency and reduce product waste.
