Meet our new Field Service Engineer for North America

As part of our on-going commitment to our customers in the US, we are pleased to announce that Mark Thomas has joined our Aftermarket and customer care team.

Mark brings over 20 years of technical and service experience to the Matcon global Aftersales team and will focus on supporting our customer base in the US with technical advice, aftermarket servicing and customer care, as well as providing:

  • Technical Training
  • Contract Sales and Service
  • SLA Adherence
  • Issue escalation and tracking

Mark knows that customers are the lifeblood of an organisation and his customer centric approach will always ensure that they are handled with critical care to make sure their needs and expectations are not just met but exceeded.

Mark has already been to visit a number of Matcon customers and is looking forward to “delivering good on our word, always”. Commenting on his new role, Mark said “I take this philosophy as my own personal brand and will treat Matcon as my own customer as well as Matcon’s customers as my own”.
