We are committed to building a culture of operational excellence to deliver outstanding performance to our customers.
As the Management Team it is our role to build great teams. We do this guided by the IDEX values of TRUST TEAM & EXCELLENCE which encourage our employees to do and be their best every day. We would like to think that this is then reflected in the way we work with our customers and suppliers, building strong relationships based on honesty, respect and collaboration.
Our employees have nominated The Vale of Evesham School, a specialist school for Cognition and Learning to receive our fundraising and volunteering support this year. So far during 2016 and 2017 we have given over 80 hours working in the school’s sensory garden area laying foundations and painting play-equipment. We have also been lucky enough to secure funding from the IDEX Foundation which will be used to purchase a large hammock and sunken trampoline that facilitates movement, balance and muscle tone.
