Matcon open new Global Headquarters

Matcon, the market leader in design and supply of lean solutions for powder processing has moved to new premises from 17th January 2011, reflecting the company’s unprecedented success in recent years.
The company was previously located in Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire, UK with a separate assembly factory about 15 minutes away outside the village of Blockley. The new premises are in the Vale Park West Industrial Estate, Evesham, Worcestershire and comprise tailor made 2,800 m² facility, which brings all of the company operations together under one roof – offices, conference suite, test plant, system assembly space and ample parking for customers and staff.
Matcon has retained its existing staff following the move and is expected to expand its operations in the coming months to keep pace with ongoing success in the market place.
Managing Director Charles Lee says “This move is a very positive milestone in Matcon’s 30 year history. Bringing all our UK operations under one roof will undoubtedly enhance our operational efficiency while at the same time provide our customers and our own team with greatly improved working, system test and demonstration facilities. Relocation to the Evesham area creates minimal disruption to our existing operations and offers an excellent pool of technical talent, with good road and rail links.”
This project is supported by a Grant for Business Investment from Advantage West Midlands, financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
